By using GreetingVibes (greetingvibes.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. These terms may change over time — see “Changes to These Terms” below.

GreetingVibes lets you create a personalized, animated 3D greeting card for a specific occasion by typing in a recipient's name, a message of your own, and — for some occasions — a date. The site generates a unique, shareable link to the finished card. It's free to use, doesn't require creating an account, and isn't tied to any subscription, trial, or payment of any kind.

You're responsible for everything you type into a card — the names, the message, and anything else. Don't use GreetingVibes to create or share content that's illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy. Because there's no account system and no review process before a card link is generated, this responsibility rests entirely with whoever creates the card and whoever shares its link with someone else. We may remove any card that breaks these rules, at any time and without notice. To report a card, email the link to greetingvibes786@gmail.com.

You keep whatever rights you have to the message and content you type into a card. GreetingVibes doesn't claim ownership over it. We do need to store what you type — the name, message, and date, if you add one — in order to generate and serve the card while its link is active.

Every card link stays active for 10 days after it's created. After that, the card and everything typed into it are permanently deleted from our systems — there's no way to recover, extend, or retrieve it afterward. If you want to keep a card's content beyond that window, save or screenshot it before the 10 days are up.

GreetingVibes is provided as-is and as-available, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use it at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreetingVibes and whoever operates it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including, but not limited to, the loss of a card's content once its link expires.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the site changes. Continuing to use GreetingVibes after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
